12 month Bring Your Phone contract or two (2) months free service on a 24 month Bring Your Phone contract.
I am currently on the Freedom Plan ($88) with a contract, can I avail of the $80 Freedom Plan promotion?
If you are currently on a contract, you must be eligible for early renewal to avail of the $80 Freedom Plan. If you have 3 months or less remaining on a 12 month contract you are eligible for early renewal. If you have 6 months or less remaining on a 24 month contract you are eligible for early renewal.
I am currently on the $80 plan for 40GB, can I avail of this promotion?
You can avail of the $80 Freedom Plan by upgrading your current plan. You may only upgrade your plan if you are not on a contract, if your current contract term is completed, or if you are eligible for early renewal. Please refer to question #4 for more info about early renewal.
