A:  You will receive your gas voucher in-store from a Customer Service Representative after you sign up for your plan or when you visit to pick up the device you purchased from our online store. 

HOW WILL I GET MY FREE PRIZE?

A: You will get your prize in-store when you finish signing up for your plan or when you visit to pick up the device you purchased from our online store. You will get to randomly choose a prize voucher from a container.

CAN I GET A FREE PRIZE IF I AM RENEWING MY CONTRACT?

A: Only New Activations with a handset purchase on a minimum $35 plan with a minimum 12-month contract term can receive a free prize.

IS THERE A LIMIT ON HOW MANY GAS VOUCHERS OR FREE PRIZES I CAN GET?

A: You can avail of the offer for gas vouchers with every qualifying transaction but may only choose one free prize per eligible new activation.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY DISNEY+ SUBSCRIPTION IF I AM A WINNER?

A: Once winners are informed, they will receive an email to redeem their FREE Disney+ Subscription to the most recent email address on file.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 1 YEAR OF FREE DISNEY+?

A: Once the free subscription to Disney+ ends after 1 year, the subscriber will have the option to cancel their subscription to avoid being charged, or to continue their subscription. If they choose to continue the subscription beyond the 1 year paid for by IT&E, the subscriber will be responsible for Disney+ related charges.

IT&E is not responsible for any charges related to or resulting from Disney+ after the conclusion of the 12-month subscription provided during this promotion.
