How do I get the FREE Samsung Galaxy Air purifier?
You can receive a FREE Samsung Air purifier by reserving the Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra (while supplies last) with a postpaid plan on a 12- or 24-month contract.
Can I choose which FREE Samsung accessory I want with my pre-order?
The free accessory with pre-order cannot be changed. The FREE Samsung Galaxy Air purifier is only available by pre-ordering the Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra and FREE Galaxy Buds+ are only available by pre-ordering the Samsung Note20 or while supplies last.
Do I need to make a deposit to pre-order the Samsung Note20 or Note20 Ultra?
Yes, a deposit of $50 is required (nonrefundable). Pre-orders are only available for postpaid plans with a 12- or 24-month contract. Pre-orders are not allowed for prepaid (outright) purchases. Your $50 deposit will be applied towards your handset payment upon activation.
Will I receive the FREE Samsung Galaxy Buds+ or Samsung Air purifier if I purchase my pre-ordered Samsung Note20 or Note20 Ultra at the outright/prepaid price?
Pre-orders are unavailable for prepaid (outright) purchase. Pre-orders will only be allowed for handsets that are purchased on a 12- or 24-month contract.
When will I receive my FREE Samsung Galaxy Buds+ or Samsung Air purifier?
You will receive your FREE Samsung Galaxy Buds+ or Samsung Air purifier upon final purchase (while supplies last) of your Samsung S20+ or S20 Ultra and activation of your postpaid plan.
How will I know when my phone is ready for pick up?
An IT&E Customer Service Representative will contact you at the phone number you provided to let you know when your phone is ready for pick up.
When will my Samsung Galaxy Note20 or Note20 Ultra be ready for pick up?
The Samsung Galaxy Note20 and Note20 Ultra launch date will be announced on our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages. An IT&E Customer Service Representative will contact you once your phone is available for pick up.
