As you make your everyday purchases, you’ll accumulate points. Then, before you know it, you’ll have enough to spend at IT&E!
IT&E points will be automatically added to your account when you pay your bill on time. You can earn:
- 2 points for every dollar on a wireless plan on a 12- or 24-month agreement;
- 1 point for every dollar on a month-to-month wireless plan;
- 1 point for every dollar of Prepaid load;
- 2 points for every dollar on a 3-Service Internet Bundle (CNMI only);
- and 1 point for every dollar on a 2-Service Internet Bundle (CNMI only)
You’ll also earn 1 point for every dollar spent on Shell fuel or at Foody’s Guam.

We’re giving you more ways to pay! Now you can pay your IT&E mobile or internet bill and purchase a handset or accessory with your PACIFICPOINTS at any IT&E store!
How does it work?
First, if you haven’t already, sign up for PACIFICPOINTS at pacificpoints.com and link your IT&E postpaid or prepaid number with your PACIFICPOINTS account.
Then, when you have enough points, simply visit any IT&E store and let the Customer Service Representative know that you would like to pay your IT&E bill or purchase a handset or accessory with PACIFICPOINTS. Provide your IT&E phone number that is linked with your PACIFICPOINTS account and decide how many points you would like to use.
You can also pay your IT&E mobile or Internet bill with PACIFICPOINTS over the phone.
To purchase a handset or accessory, you must be an IT&E subscriber.
Can I Pay by PACIFICPOINTS on the IT&E online store, on my Online Billing account, or over the phone?

Every 65 PACIFICPOINTS can be redeemed for $1 to pay your IT&E bill or purchase a handset or accessory.
PACIFICPOITNS cannot be redeemed for cash.
What is the minimum number of points required to pay my IT&E bill?
A minimum of 65 PACIFICPOINTS is required to pay your IT&E bill.
65 points = $1.
What is the minimum number of points required to purchase a handset or accessory?
A minimum of 325 PACIFICPOINTS is required when purchasing a handset or accessory.
325 points = $5.
What if I do not have enough points to pay my IT&E bill or purchase a handset or accessory?
You can choose to pay the balance with cash, debit or credit card.
