If you purchase online on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the phone will be ready for pickup the following Monday. An IT&E customer service agent will contact you when your phone is ready for pickup.

    *Non-refundable. Same day pick-up orders for Harmon & CNMI locations must be made before 2PM. All other locations must be made before 5PM. An IT&E customer service agent will contact you when your phone is ready for pickup.
