If you purchase online on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the phone will be ready for pickup the following Monday. An IT&E customer service agent will contact you when your phone is ready for pickup.

    *Non-refundable. Same day pick-up orders for Harmon & CNMI locations must be made before 2PM. All other locations must be made before 5PM. An IT&E customer service agent will contact you when your phone is ready for pickup. Customers have until the close of business for each location to pick up their same day unit. $10 same day processing fee is non-refundable if the customer does not make it to the store to pick up their unit that day.
